After Hours / Emergency Care

We are available to you at all times for your allergy and asthma treatment. For other medical problems, call your primary care physician. You can contact us at 378-0080 during business hours. A clinician is always on call during non-business hours and can be reached by calling our answering service at 327-8077.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills can only be provided during our office hours. Please have the name of the medication, dosage, and pharmacy ready when you call.

Fees and Insurance

We participate in most insurance plans. Please call if you are unsure of insurance coverage.

Methods of Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, VISA and Mastercard. A payment of 20% is required at each visit. We will be glad to assist you in filing insurance claims, however, you are held responsible for your account and not your insurance company.
