DIRECTIONS TO OUR NAMPA OFFICE
-Take I-84 toward Nampa and turn North at the Garrity Road Exit (Exit #38)
-Go north on Idaho Center Blvd. (formerly Can Ada Road) to E. Franklin Road (the second stoplight). The office is on the corner of Franklin and Idaho Center Blvd. inside Dr. Lawrence Green’s Office (16060 Idaho Center Blvd.), behind the Chevron gas station.
-Enter the parking lot for the clinic by either turning east (right if you are headed north) on Franklin Road and then taking the first left into the parking lot or turning east (right if you are headed north) immediately past Franklin
